On March 23rd I purchased two new tires from VIP Auto in Augusta, Maine. By June 10th both front tires were bald. They would not pass inspection. So this weekend I went in with receipt in hand and told them they need to honor there warranty agreement and replace those two front tires. Instead, they asked if me if I had purchased the Road Hazard agreement. There is no requirement to purchase a Road Hazard agreement in order for a warranty agreement to honored. They also tried to indicate that the shock absorbers were causing the issue and needed to be replaced in order for the tires not to go bald. What a bunch of nonsense!!! Instead they sold me a new tire to replace the worst tire that by now had steel beads showing thru the tire. So now I had to an addtional 89.93 cents for a new tire to replace one of the new tires they sold me back on March 23rd because they would not honor their own warranty.

Suffice to say do not buy tires from VIP Auto because they won't honor their own tire warranties and then try to sell you something you don't need. This situation is a mess and needs to be addressed by the
