My fiance brought his car to VIP in Tilton NH to have them hook his battery up to diagnostic machine (?) to see how much life he had left to his battery. It was close to closing time. When he would turn his car off, he would need a jump to start it.He explained this to them and they needed him to turn his car off anyway. When they couldn't tell him if it was his battery or something else, they put the machine away. Now he can't start his car. They told him it would take too long to jump his car and they were closing. So they left him there stranded!!I needed to go to him to jump start his car.Awesome customer service VIP!Forget about the fact you have no human decency.

The test machine is on a cart, and can be rolled into the parking lot.

Experience shows that people that leave anonymous comments are hiding something. If the car was in the bay, how did you get it out when they closed?

Any competing garage would have probably helped you free if they could video tape it. Or did it happen as described?
