A friend went to the local VIP in Mexico, ME. Her tire was seriously flat and she didn't want to ride on the rim so since she was close to the shop she went in.

She didn't have a spare tire and told them so. Asking if they could help her. They told her quite rudely that they only took appointments, so she asked if they could fit her in. Both the guy making the appointments and his manager were inhospitable.

They kept her there for two hours for a job that would have been ten minutes.

Then charged her $150 for it, all the while acting like she had a choice. She's in her 60's, she was scared to end up ruining her rim so she would have to pay loads of money, so they still swindled her.

Monetary Loss: $150.
